I have submitted our ICEM proposal, ONLE & PLE Linkage Design Model. The authorship is alphabetical. Michael Blocher; Tulay Goru; Nejdet Karadag; Serpil Kocdar; Recep Okur;  Ozan-Ozarslan Ozlem; Cem Salar; Irfan Sural; Pinar Uca-Gunes. Dr. Blocher is my colleague at NAU and he works with me on this design model originally. Let me know if you have questions.
